Chasing Butterflies


Sometimes I just feel like chasing butterflies and dragonflies and I feel like running after them. Not with the intention of catching them but just playfully, shouting, joyfully chasing them, where ever they go. And running around in fields and woods. That would be lovely. We used to do that when I were small, we used to run after butterflies in the park. But now they say I am grown up, and I can’t run after butterflies. Hmmmmm. Does age has to do something with playfulness in a person? Even now I want to do it, I am the same girl,with a mature mind offcourse but i still love it . Amma says that if I do so,people will think that I am mad or weird. I keep telling her let them think what they want to. even when I play with Laddu and I roll in the mud, we wrestle, and I make myself dirty, amma says what will the neighbors think about you? I will always do what my heart wants to do. And I am ruled not by my mind but by my heart. I wont let anything pull me down. What if they think I am crazy or mad? Let them think so. Atleast people whom I love, people who love me will, they will surely understand me and their love for me will be the same. They are the people who matter to me. I am least bothered about what others think about me. I know what I am, and I believe in everything I do. So I will always do what i love to do. If we always keep wondering about what others think about us, we can never be happy.So people never let inhibitions or society hold you back from doing what u love, you may regret later, which will be of no use. Get going . Always live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment of life. Do everything you want to do, but make sure that they are morally and ethically correct and that u dont hurt anyone. Spread your wings and let your soul fly high. Always follow your heart. ENJOY! HAVE FUN!

Now imagine this,if there were no grown ups(not by age but by nature)and just people like you running after butterflies,making birdbaths ,celebrating the birthday of a tooth then how beautiful would have been this world .With no complexities this world would have been a better place to live.People only interpret these things in the wrong way coz they tend to get carried away by the violence,materialistic things around them.But I do hope that someday people gonna realize the true intention behind running after butterflies and that day the world will be much more beautiful.But you keep chasing butterflies else the butterflies wont have anybody to play with them.

when i was a kid about ten years old,i was studying in st.anns primary school.being a christian missionary school we would say a prayer about jesus christ.everybody would close their eyes and say the our father in heaven holy be your name prayer,it happened one day i opened my eyes and read this quote written on the wall,my obsession with quotes,words and inspiration.it goes like this"for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son,that whosoever believeth in him shouldnot perish but have an everlasting life".i dint know the meaning back then.when everybody said the prayer and later laughed and talked.i kept reading the quite on the wall,trying to understand it.few years later when my english was way much better and my faith strong in god,i actually understood the meaning.

MY WISDOM TOOTH

LOOK AT MY WISDOM TOOTH.AAAAAAAAAA.HEEEEEE.HAHAHAHHA. From past many days, my wisdom tooth is protruding from the gums. It’s coming. it is paining a lot. Now only a part of the tooth can be seen. And it pains a lot when I eat or chew something. I wonder if this tooth has anything t do with wisdom.hahhaha. So I was thinking I am acquiring wisdom and I have become more wise.hahhaha. people never understand or take me to be wise ,so I have to show them my newly arrived tooth to show them that I am wise.hahahaha. Kidding.Actually whats the deal, people who laugh a lot cant be wise or what?hmmmm okie. The process of toothing is painful. Ditto like the path of acquiring wisdom.
