i have been suffering from flu,blocked nose nose and fever from past five days.its amazing what a tiny little microbe entering a body can do.if there is low immunity the host is immediately affected.there is a war between our white blood cells and the microbial organisms.so the temperature rises.we call it fever.i am just telling my body to keep fighting and eventually the microbes will die.good health will return.after a blocked nose for five days i now understand even breathing is a gift to us afterall.you only realise it once its taken away from you.proper breathing through the nose is a blessing.remember that!a rare luxury which the disease cant afford.impermanence!we live only for a short while,learn to appreciate every breath you take.make good health your top most priority,physical,mental and emotional health!i am fighting for my health,if you are fighting for anything,remember that i am on your side,you can fight this fight!thrive my friend!you will win this fight!i am with you!
when i was a kid about ten years old,i was studying in st.anns primary school.being a christian missionary school we would say a prayer about jesus christ.everybody would close their eyes and say the our father in heaven holy be your name prayer,it happened one day i opened my eyes and read this quote written on the wall,my obsession with quotes,words and inspiration.it goes like this"for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son,that whosoever believeth in him shouldnot perish but have an everlasting life".i dint know the meaning back then.when everybody said the prayer and later laughed and talked.i kept reading the quite on the wall,trying to understand it.few years later when my english was way much better and my faith strong in god,i actually understood the meaning.
